Default Looking to buy another WS6

I recently bought a 2000 ws6. Ive been very happy with it. Its an automatic all stock but a cut out. I came across another one that is modded and was wondering if anybody could give me some insite.

Its a 1999 ws6 its pewter it has 72k miles it a 6speed has black leather MOMO powered racing seats. Tan interior. Black z06 wheels bfg drag radials in the back and sumitomo up front. Baer6s monoblock extreme plus brake kit 16" cross drilled and slotted rotors and 6 piston calipers. Livernois stage 3 cnc ported ls cylinder heads, Livernois stage 2r cam. Kooks longtube headers kooks ypipe borla catback. A wilson fast intake. 90mm throttle body. Billet pullies. Eibach drag launch springs bilstein shocks. Guy says it has no known problems. Also says majority of miles are highway. Ive seen pics of car it looks really clean. Well taken care of. So my question is what do you guys think would be a good price to pick this up for?? Also what kind of power do you think it makes? With the mods this has is there anything that i should be aware of? How do you think the drive abilty is? Could I expect anything to break due to more horsepower such as rear end? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

uh if he has stock read end and clutch still yes you will break something without a doubt, laying on it or not. Stock **** is not ment to take the kinda power new head AND cam can put out.'

I'm not a fan of manual and pontiacs so I cant give you a estimate but I can say he has good mods on it, with the miles I wouldnt say over 14.

I'd say a 9" rear would be your best bet. 12 bolts lean more towards autos.

There is a 01 WS6 with that same head n cam package on the livernois website that laid down 460 RWHP. That is a sweet set up!

Im really still interested in this car. Its located on the east coast. Not to far from the ocean. How much do I need to be concerned about rust. If its stored properly would i really need to worry about rust. Not to familiar with cars by sea water and snow. Recently reloacted to this area. What would be some tell tell signs of this. How can i tell what kind of condition the rear is in? How much would i be looking at to putting in a rear that could handle the power? Also will the trans have any problems to look out for? What kind of time do you think this car could run?

Might want to recheck the stats on those brakes...16" rotors lol?? I don't think so.

They are probably 14", which is still pretty damn big.

Overall sounds like a nice car, nothing like buying a car that someone else has already taken the hit for the cost of the mods
