I never thought the Camaro was good looking on the street but up close it is. You want to talk about an ugly car look at the Scion box thing it makes me gag everytime I see one.

I like the clean lines of the Camaro to some extent, but looking back I sort of wish I had gotten a T/A. I feel like the Camaro can be made to look good with a great stance and set of wheels, but the T/A looks way better stock.
The only requirement I had when I was looking for a car was an LS1 for a good price, but if I had the choice I would have gone with a black T/A. +1 on needing the WS6 hood, though.
I don't think the T/A styling is overdone, though my girlfriend disagrees. She was adamant about refusing to ride in anything with "nostrils."

I'm not trying to start anything here, but looking at the G8 GT head on you can see the design influence and heritage that can easily be traced back to the LS1 T/A. So what's the difference?
As for the LS1 Camaro, everyone generally agress that the 73 Camaro RS had one of the best looking front ends ever made; the LS1 Camaro takes that look and perfects it...

When I bought my Camaro everyone liked it but I always wished I would have waited and bought a WS6. Idk I just like the look of them better. Don't get my wrong I love my Camaro, but compared to the TA or WS6, it just looks plain

LT1 Camaros take the win.....LS1 Firebirds take the win. I think stock looking trans ams are ugly as sin.....but that's the whole reason why camaro owners think we are such egotistical bastards who care too much about how our cars look.....but once they are modded just right... they are ******* SEXY BEASTS!!

Yeah, I've never had a bad comment about my car. Even older people love it. Once I had a friend tell me it is fun to drive in front of me because the car looks awesome in the rear view mirror lol.
But hey, forget the haters. I don't know about you, but I bought this car for one person - me. I couldn't possibly care less what other people think about it.

The only people I can recall EVER having anything negative to say about a Trans Am, are people that own or owned Camaros. In my personal experience, non-biased opinions have liked the Trans Am better.
IMO, the 98-02 WS.6 has the most intimidating front clip of ANY performance oriented car that I care to think about.

most people who comment my car give me positive feedback. once in a while i get the typical "batmobile" or "space ship" term being dropped, but i could give a **** less. Most people are shocked that my car is nearly 12 years and still looks modern.
In my own opinion, i think the styling of the 98-02 ws6 is a little over the top. I love the smooth lines of the firehawk though; defintly the best car stock. My favorite fbody though, the car which got me into liking LS1's....an 01 Camaro SS, navy blue metallic, SLP Bowtie grill, whistler headlights, CCW's, and tinted windows. I passed this SS everyday during high school and fell in love with it.
