Pacesetters are really popular, and I think the TSP Y is too. If Texas Speed is selling them as a combo, I am sure it is a proven setup. Have fun with that install lol.

I decided to go with Kooks even though they cost more, should get them this Friday. I amost bought pacesetters, they were my second option. Good luck.

I went with the same set up as the op. It takes a little work to get it to fit, but not much. I had to trim a little bit off one pipe. It sounded great through my magnaflow catback. I can't comment on performance gain since I also did HCI at the same time...and the motor blew while it was getting tuned. Never got to drive it
Now Im waiting for my 402 shortblock to show up

Here's an old thread about the magnaflow catback and tsp catted y (the headers are LPP, but I'm assuming they'll be similar). Good sound clips and pictures

i was lookin at that combo myself. i had no idea they were sold as a set though. the TSP Y looks like it would flow alot better then the pacesetter.

Well I actually just bought a borla catback off of a member here. So i'm hoping that it will have a pretty nice sound with the TSP package. the catback will definately bolt up to the y pipe right? or will it need some modifications

I got the same combo currently on my T/A. Pacesetter LT's. TSP catted-y, and a borla adjustable catback.
-the borla will fit onto the Y with no modifications
-the tsp y pipe isnt the greatest fit;, but then again, i got the older tsp y witht eh full size cats, not the bullets. you should be fine
