Gotto drive a C5 Z06 tonight Well my brother just got his dream car. He was on his way back from florida where he flew to pick it up. He stopped by my place and gave me a ride and let me drive her. I knew it would be more powerful than his z28 or my t/a even though they have a few mods and the Z06 is stock, but DAMN. That thing was a beast and would lay you back in the trunk almost. And spinning the tires between gears was pretty fun. Not sure anyone cares but i am just freakin out that i got to drive that thing because i just learned how to drive a stick last week just so he would let me drive this thing. haha.

Drove one of these a few years ago, by far the best handling car I have driven. I could not get the back end to break loose around an auto cross track. Very neat car, 405hp with air conditioning and a Bose sound system. That is next on the list for me, can't wait... Good story!

It must be nice to have a bro with a Z06. I'm stuck between a new Camaro or an used C6. I know everyone says C6 but dam i love the SS's. I got about a year to figure it out.

I am going to put my flame suit on here, I dont think the C5's are very appealing exterior wise. They just seem so generic and 98% of them look exactly the same kind of plain and bland. But LSX fire power in a much lower and lighter platform makes them FUN. The C6's how ever are pretty sexy though.

I have seen some really nice C5's but none of them were factory stock, I like them when they are dressed up and the non flip head light conversion makes them look awesome. But factory exterior does not motivate me what so ever. That and they are very very common, Im not saying I dont like the car. I just like fbodies more uncommon very unique styling.
