Yes I've seen a couple before. Looks like the real deal, and IMO not too bad of a price.

I've seen a few....if you're a NASCAR fan or into something that stands out from your run of the mill red or black F-body, then its not a bad deal.

A buddy had a '99 Brickyard Z28 Convertible. Yes, a Z28, not an SS.

The decals were a little more subdued and tasteful on his. That '00 version is a little loud and tacky IMO.

The brickyard pace cars especially the LS1 SS convertibles hold decent money. This car is one of less than 50 and has 10k miles. Thats collector grade. If you have all of them but the 00 for your collection, $23,000 doesn't sound that bad.

1996 Brickyard

1998 Brickyard

1999 Brickyard

2000 Brickyard

2001 Brickyard

Ugly IMO and at that price tag you could have a nice c5 Z06 in the garage with mod money left over.

For the same money that the RX7 looking Corvette would cost you could build a pro-toured 69 Camaro that will hold it's value.

The logic with car collecting is not about getting the fastest car, its about collecting a piece of automotive history.
