Default EBAY LS1 manifold $710 WTF?????????

was anyone watching feebay last week?there was, from everything i could tell in the description,an LS1 manifold up for auction, there were about 4 diff. bidders,in final min. two diff. bidders with over 100 rating bid it all the way to $710 im not mistaken about this, had stock fuel rail, coolant crossover tubes, had pic of throttle body but in descrip. that was extra $40 to buy, even if it was an LS6 what the hell? on a side note i won an LS6 for $287 shipped with the proper LS6 bypass and block off ,it was me and one other bidder, really confused here, and yes, i already checked the # on mine and pics were of LS6,anybody got a clue on this one????

no guys,it said LS1, it looked factory in pics, fuel rails were OEM also, dont have a link cause it got pushed out of my watch list,my point is these two bidders had over a hundred transactions on ebay,so they prob. werent screwing around, all i can think is maybe trying to one up each other on the bidding, the other bidders dropped off way before that,i know i would be sending an invoice to winning bidder rt away,i may be able to list one for sale and then it will ask to check similar items that have sold(for a price comparison)lol that could f@ck up some auctions!!

Holy *****, check his feedback. He sold a set of stock 16" TA wheels for $720 bucks. I guess this guy gets good money no matter what he's selling.

$720 plus $150 shipping. Somebody paid $870 for a $300 set of wheels and a used set of tires that wouldn't cost $500 new.

Still if I could sell and LS1 intake for a 1/3 of that I would do it all day long and I'd be rich in no time.

I thought that at first, but who in the hell would pay $700 for a $30 intake? It takes two people to get it up that high. Not only that but Ebay charges a 9% selling fee. So if they were to go too high and outbid the real bidder then they would be paying $65 for nothing which is double what it's worth.

The second highest bidder did bid once on one of his other auctions. So, who knows?
