Hi
I notice that my car shakes a little, nothing major, during idle. If I am not mistaken, mostly when the radiator fans are on. Is this normal or do I have a problem? At first, I assume it is normal since the engine is quite big, but I figure might as well get the opinion of other owners.
It idles steady at around 800 - 850rpm, the car is 99 SSwith 47k miles
Thanks,
Sid.

well, i am basing 800rpm with stock gauge, so who knows what the real idle rpm is hahaha.
but at stock gauge, it pegged at 2 lines below 1k line, which i believe is 800rpm.
So, i guess minor shaking is normal? the only mods i have is SLP lid.

Yes mine shakes, and it is stock with a fresh "tune-up". Wife bitches about the shaking every time she rides in the car.......which is not very often anymore ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
I set my idle screw for 900 rpm, anything lower and the throttle blade sticks due to the vacuum. Is there a work-around for this problem? Would much rather idle around 700rpm (or whatever is factory setting is for T-56 cars), but can't stand that notchy/sticking gas pedal feel.
