Default "Trim Design" sticker on my SS door jam

I was examining a couple things (mainly the RPO sticker) on my door jam, and noticed another sticker way on bottom, as seen below. I do know my car originated in Massachusetts, but does anyone know what this "Trim Design" sticker is indicative of? The car is factory stock - no "dealer" modifications or altered trim.

Probably a body shop who did some work on your car back in Mass.

I agree, something of this nature. That's not any kind of factory sticker that I've ever seen.

Maybe the shop that the dealer had prep the cars?

Interesting.. I've not heard of a body shop putting their own stickers on repaired vehicles? Then again, I've never needed body work so I wouldn't know.

"Trim Design" does seem like an odd name for a cosmetic repair shop though.

Well, I know for certain that the original dealer was "Tom Flurkey Chevrolet, Teaticket, MA." They no longer exist. I also know that the car had some *very* minor repair done, after the first owner's uncle backed into the car.

After purchasing the car a little over a year ago, I was able to contact the original owner, who was completely transparent about the history of the car - real nice guy with a thick Boston accent right out of "The Departed." He would have no reason to lie about it, since he simply traded the car into a dealer months before. He treated it like his baby.

I just thought the sticker seemed kind of odd. I do notice that on Google Maps, adjacent to the "land" you speak of, is an insurance services place. Who knows!
