Default Terrible sound coming from passenger side rear end...

Hey guys, today I way driving my 98 z28 when I heard a sound that was a lot like a card in the spokes of a bicycle coming from the passenger side rear end. It lasted a couple of seconds. I heard the same sound several weeks ago but it never happened again so I didn't think too much if it. Now I know it's something. Both times I was going very slow, like around 30mph. Can someone tell me what's up? Thanks in advance.

You Running you stock cats still. I had a piece break off internally and it kinda sounded like that... Try banging on your cats and see if you hear some rattling

Do you have chrome wheels by any chance? The chrome on my stock wheels is flaking off like crazy, and it rubs the brake caliper. The sound is exactly like the card in the bicycle spokes.

Axle bearings? Jack the car up and see if the wheel can move up and down, with the parking brake OFF.

It is kinda loud. Definitely loud enough that you hear it over the radio. I do have chrome rims, but they are the stock ones. haven't noticed any flaking. Now I did think that it may have been a bearing sound. So i will check in to that as soon as I get somewhere with a floor jack. Dorms blow

I s there any plastic wheel lining that is no longer connected? I had a similar problem with a Jeep. When I was stopped everything looked fine, but as soon as I got to around 25mph the wind would push the plastic liner against my wheel.

I do not own one of these cars YET so I do not know much.
