interesting. I seen something similar on a 6.0L/80e equipped isuzu box truck but I have no idea what to make of those little inside tabs...oil feeds or is there thru bolt there?

Please note that the oil filter is on the wrong side.

Maybe something Australian because they drive on the wrong side of the road?

Gotta be something special, as far as I know no factory stuff uses brass to join oil pipe..
