Default Help identifying L33 before purchase

I am trying to purchase L33 from 07 Silverado. Before taking a long drive, Id like to confirm that is is indeed L33. Seller says yes. After looking at multiple pictures online i have few suspicions. Fuel rail for example looks different. Looks like it is aluminum, heads are 799. Can someone help identifying this engine? Thank you

Its an aluminum truck block so its almost certainly 5.3.

L33 is 24x which uses the cam pos sensor located at the rear of the engine behind the intake manifold. If the cam pos sensor is on the timing cover its almost always 58x and not an L33. If its front mounted check the crank position sensor if its black color its 24x if its grey color its 58x

I was pretty sure it was 5.3 - L33 or not is the big question. Unfortunately its about 5hrs away so I cant just verify this simply. Im not sure how the cam position sensor on the timing cover looks like. And its not visible on the pictures

So what do you have if you have a 799 headed aluminum 5.3L with a black front mounted crank sensor?

I see a gray crank position sensor, which would be 58x.
Also the back looks like a top plate under the intake where to oil sender goes, it's not screwed into the block. Meaning the cam sensor is not there.
So LC9 or LH6

And it looks like it doesn't have the original head and exhaust gaskets.

Ok, Sounds like the gray crank position sensor is a red flag for sure. But the owner keeps stating it is L33

Another pic

If you look at the pic of the back of the engine you can see a spot just under the drivers side head where the block has an indent. That's where the number is. This link shows a pic of what I'm describing

Actually, that indent where the block casting # should be was blank on this engine. The owner also could not provide the VIN. I passed on it. Thank you all for the comments
