criminal speed got pulled over 5-30-06 for 76 in a 35 
. was given a "must appear".
so I went to court today, pled not guilty. I was looking at a $650 fine, loss of lisence(undisclosed time), and time behind bars(undisclosed time). spoke to the court appointed lawyer and had him speak to the D.A. got away with a reduced charge. 64 in a 35(civil in opposed to criminal) $750 fine, no suspension, no jail. probably the best $100 I've spend. I mean I know I shouldn't have been speeding, but hind sight as 20/20. Plus its an LS1. how can you not jump on it from time to time. All I can say is lesson learned. from here on out I'll be more careful as to where i get into it, and more careful as to whos around.

dannyz- me too! but I had it coming to me, it WAS my own fault.
hawk- thats a pretty good deal. thats why I wish I had a lawyer, but affordability compared to how much I would need it.

jesus. you can get thrown in jail for going 40mph over the speed limit but michael jackson gets off on all counts of child molestation. what a world we live in, huh?

thats what Im saying.
while we were there, there was a minor(under 21) got himself a dui and he served no time, $1000 fine. I don't know how long they suspended him for though, prolly a year
and I get threatened with jail?

I got clocked at 86 in a 40, $460 ticket and the "I could arrest you speech". Best part was I was racing a mustang, he got a ticket too. When the cop talked to me h said he could arrest me and I explained I just fixed the car and was testing how it goes. He replied "Well it definitely goes good I'll tell ya that" haha
Also got pulled over for doing like 105 in a 30, in a corvette. Im not quite sure on the speed, I was shifting into 4th at hiiiiigh RPM's and an undercover detective was 2 cars back... Not ticket and the "you're luck im busy" speech lol.

But if you wanna talk about getting away with ****, I hit a cop with my truck. Literally hit him, him directing traffic, my tire hitting and rolling him down the side of my truck, him falling and bleeding, all that good stuff.
And I got an apology from him.

117 in a 15 was out on this LONG *** road, it's actually on an island, with nothing coming into it. Lake on one side, and levee on the other side. People fish off of it, but it's deserted at night. I was in an s-10 blazer lol.

I didnt have 44's, They were only 33's, but they looked good on a Tacoma. No treads on his ***, but his arm was pretty mangled.
Makes for a good story now though.

i was doing 120 down a 45 at 230am (harborview rd for u pc locals) and was chased by an off duty cop (i didnt even know) in his cop car..... so i pull into my friends front yard and i sit in the car listening to some slipknot and after about 20 seconds i start to get out i see lights behind me, thinkin its a buddy of mine who has a few blue strobes (shhhh) i continue to get out, and ill i hear is "put your hands on the vehicle" (ohh **** i think to myself), then he starts to talk to me and asks if i know why i was getting pulled over... so i say "slightly exceeding the speed limit".... he goes "bingo" and then gives me a long *** speach and told me if he ever saw me going 1mph over the speed limit i would get a ticket, so a few weeks ago i saw him in the mall parking lot and he asked if i remembered him.... so we ended up BS-in for a few and i get him to do a small burnout in his police cruiser.....he was deff. the coolest cop i have ever met... and now i deff watch my speed

hahah thats awesome... or town cop has an abuse problem. Threw one of my friends out of his car and onto the pavement for not allowing him to search. Deff. not a cool guy. Stupid officer Buck Nuts (his last name really isn't nuts tho)
