I know I've got a camaro but I like the looks of the trans am better. I got my camaro because they are cheaper and easier to find when looking to by at least where I live. when you are on a budget a couple grand make a difference.

it's essentially the same damn car. i like them both, i just prefer the eye-catching lines on the firebird. again, still, it's the same car and if you like a camaro, i don't think you can dislike a firebird and vice versa. you can like one better than another but if you like one, you can't hate the other.

I like the Trans Ams better myself. I have owned both so I can say for sure that the Pontiac suits me better for three reasons:
1). Red dash lights look BAD ***!
2). WS6/Raptor hoods look better then the SS hood IMO.
3). Putting a firebird decal on a TA looks cooler then hockey sticks on a Camaro IMO.
And the anniversary TA's looked bad *** as well:

Trans Am definately looks more aggressive. camaro does indeed look like a catfish. either way they both are nice cars but remember, why buy a camaro with more "potential" to look good when you can buy a Trans Am and already be teh hott sexxx

Sig line tells you I like them both - especially the LT1's
Bought the Camaro in 93' on a pre-order. I've always liked the Z28 but have own both in the past as well. No perfomance difference just personal preference. Shop around and read some of the forums here, it will eliminate those 'friend of a friend told me ............."
