hopefully ill have another LS1 well today i think i found a deal... a bone stock white 01 z28 w/ 69k on the dial... power everything good interior and adult driven (2 owners.. current owner bought it at 17,000 miles)....
there is some damage to the front bumper cover and pass. side fender.. his wife was backing out of a parking space and cut the wheel a little to soon, but no damage to anything but the cosmetics... ive reaplaced both those peices before on my 94 z28 so its not really a big deal...
he wants 6500 but i think i can get it for less since cash talks
let me know what u think...

hmmm good idea.. i dont think anything will turn up he sounds like decent person (but u never know)...
he seems to have some doe... he has many nice cars including a 04 z06 a 03 hayabusa, and an 02 SS

well here are some pics.. the guy says its an 01 but the mirrors are black (should be body color on an 01)... but they look like somebody painted them because the paint is all faded and hagard on the mirrors, they also paintd the "camaro" in the back black and that is chipping to (not worried about paint.. i got a hook up)
can i tell the year by the vin?? i searched but didnt fing anything...
the vin # is 2G1FP22G112105747
Im meeting the guy tomorrow to check out the engine and take it for a spin (he works every day but has tomorrow off for thanksgiving)

needs a new corner lense (i would replace them with clear or smoked anyways)
headlights are yellowed (no biggie ill clear them right up when i do the whistler mod)
wheels are in good shape but tires are bald all the way around (i have a set of 02ss wheels with brand new rubber on them or ill just pick some up from tomzwheels)
obviously the fender and bumper cover... hood is fine

UPDATE.. it is an 01!.. i went entered the vin into www.is-it-a-lamon.com and it came back as an 01 z28 coup 5.7L but if i want a report i have to pay
