I was just wondering if anyone has heard of Team SCP. They offered me a sponsorship, and I was wondering if they are reputable. If this does get locked, then can someone who has, send me a pm.

Sometimes it isnt always about how fast the car is... Sometimes if its just a nice lookin car they will through some money out... What kinda sponsership are you talkin about thousands of $'s or just a little bit... all depends

yeah, I looked into this, they hadn't heard of any of the sponsors on this board. and they wanted me to pay for membership and they offered discounts on comp cams, but only off the shelf grinds. Didn't really sound good to me. They wanted me to put stickers of their company on my doors...
Hope this was helpful

If this is another one of the "sponserships" that requires you to pay for membership or to sign up, don't waste your time. A true sponsership will give you cash backing, free services, or parts at cost for advertising and representation.
Incase you haven't figured it out, this is a scam. ANYONE that signs up will get "sponsered". You will have to pay fees (something true sponsers would never do) for thier BS. The parts will most likely be crap, and you actually get better deals from most retailers.
Its more like one of those discount membership clubs, the kind that don't have very good discounts.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't think I'm going to fall into this scam. Thats why I wanted input from all of you. Looks like I'll just have to try what others said on here. E-mailing manufactures and begging them to help me, lol. Maybe I'll luck out.

I think your thread would have a lot better chance of not getting locked if you actually gave it a title, like:
Fishy Sponsorship
Then posted in your first post that you hope it doesn't get locked.
Hopefully this isn't a thread that warrants a lock
^Doesn't really say what your thread is about.
That site looks like a "rewards program" on a credit card that offers you "points" to buy overpriced crap.
Even more it looks like a "membership" like credit cards that has a large anual fee but offers discounts on things like vasectomies, Brazilian TG prostitutes, 40% discounts on movie tickets (up to $400 dollars a month) but you have to send in tickets that seem to never count, or even discounts on meals at over 4,000 restaurants in America.
Unfortunately they all reside within Puerto Rico and use ether as incense. You wake up back in Brazil what with all the T-girls. That and when you send in your reciept it takes them 13 weeks to send you back a letter stating that you failed to add a tidbit of info that wasn't mentioned as you needing it to be in the letter you sent them. By that time of course you have obviously lost it and you end up just giving up and spending the remaining credit limit on the T-girls.
...man those were horrible memories....

Being a sponsor feedback moderator, not sure I like having this up. Some may join then buy parts or try to then have an issue. Nothing I can do about it aside from letting the thread reside in member feedback.
Link de-commission and thread lock is in order. Consider it spam.
