I recently bought a NBM 01 SS it has a RPM4 cam 232-236 595/601, patriot stage 2 heads, ported throttle body, underdrive pulley, long tube headers, off road Y pipe, K&N filter. On the last dyno tune, it dynoed 410 hp, 380 torque at RPM in Lewisville, Texas. I think that is low as i have seen cam only cars put down that. Just wanted an opinion.

i do not know but the dyno sheet says dynojet research. i got a lot of dyno sheets with the car

what if it was on a mustang dyno whats the difference? i had my car on a stang dyno and hit 410 when i was cam only

If it said Dynojet Research it was on a Dynojet and not a Mustang Dyno. they do seem low though.

mustang dyno numbers are usually lower than wat dynojet's read.

I would hope you hit atleast 410 with a cam that size.

i was looking thru the dyno sheets and when they put the rpm cam in the hp went down by 20. I think i will get it retuned.

Yeah, seems low. RPM has a dynojet. My car was dynoed there for comparison. See sig.

I was looking at the wires today they look new. I will check the plugs when it dries up outside, the motor ticks a little and i have read on here were someone said it could be the plugs.You cannot buy 93 oct here 91 is the highest.

that sucks, Also what size pushrods do you have and what type rockers are on your heads. Im asking this cause valve float may be a possibility.

i do not know the size of pushrod or type of rockers i just got the car two weeks ago. The guy i bought it from did not know a lot about cars from what i could tell. Ithink it has stock heads on it, he told me patriot then absolute speed heads so i am not sure.

That would explain a lot if it actually has stock heads.

the guy i bought the car from got it with the mods on it. the only thing he did was put wheels and a panhard bar, which took him ALL day to put on. the heads have been replaced i have a receipt from RPM that showed them putting a set on.
