Default SHOULD I GET TUNED? gas mpg

previous owner had it dynoed last year put down 399 with cutout open
Im getin real shitty milage with my car. like 14-15 mainly city driving but i feel like i should maybe get a lil better. i get like 140-150 miles a tank of gas. shifting at 2k - 2.5 k and somtimes skipin a gear. although i do lay into it when ima race or whatever. also i seem to get a lil better when my cut out is closed>

Well you are bringing it more more then needed. You do have a larger cam, both of those things eat your mpg.

You might want to shift sooner see how your milage changes then look into a tune if needed.

I would get a tune to check the A/F ratio. That seems like really bad mileage. My car puts down 450rwhp and gets between 230-260 miles per tank. About 18-26 mpg on average depending on city or highway driving. Also when is the last time you did a tune-up?

a TUNE is always a good thing. plus if your tuner is a good one, he'll do free updates when you add other parts

I can drive my car however I want, and it will still get 20+. It's been averaging ~21.5-22 the last couple fill ups. Thats without skipping gears, and revving to 3k on the first several gears for fun. Oh, and dont forget about the triple digit pulls! I'd check the tune.
