Default Rear Bench in F-Body

Anyone know someone who has (or will) replaced the rear buckets with a bench seat in a 98-02 Camaro or T.A.?

I gots more kids than seats now.

I don't see how it could be done with the drive shaft hump in the way.

+1 for a new DD.

I agree with you both. I need a new DD, and I doubt a bench is posible. But the wife just wanted all the kids to be able to ride for funs.

make them take turns

i have three kids, they can't all ride in my T/A or my Mustang at the same time. that's why i have a family car too

i could have sworn that my cuz's old 93 v6 had a rear bench instead of split buckets bottoms its been some time tho.

I mean I dont see why you couldnt make your own bench rear seat, just need to make another seat belt. I mean people make rear seat deletes why not make a rear bench seat. Will it look as good as it does now? probally not but you will be able to fit the family in the car

Go see some upholstery shops about fabricating your own bench seat in your f-body... You could always just mold it around the driveshaft hump.

Thats gonna be one tight fit.... While the driveshaft hump will be in the way, as long as the kids are small enough, i bet you could figure out a way to do a bench seat

I hate to bear bad news, but you're just going to have to sell your fourth gen f-body and get a first gen. Those were the only ones with bench seats in the rear. Darn the luck.
