Default Need help deciding....need some diff opinions...Z06 or SS/WS6?

Welp howdy fellas, its come to that time in my life when i need something to fill my need....my need for speeeeeed(Tom Cruise voice)

Im finally in a job position where i can afford some nicer things...now heres my problem.

I cant decide which i want.

Heres my 2 options:

c5 Z06: Moderately fast...prolly just a cam,bolt-ons and some juice(400ish allmotor/600hp on juice)

WS6/SS: Sickly fast....some sort of FI or built allmotor (600 if allmotor/ 800 with some boost)

I figure both are around the same price tag.....the SS/WS would prolly lead to a higher price with rear-ends and built blocks and what not

I live really close to Futral so thats where i would bring either to get what i want done.
Right now im leaning on the Z06, just cuz its a lil better looking and you dont see them everywhere

Sooooo....any comments/suggestions would be most appreciated
Hope this goes down around the same time next year...but i love planning ahead for everything....Thanks in advance

haha...indeed that would be.....ahhh i was looking around 40k total with car.....if i can find a lower mile(20k-30k) 2002-2004 z06 for under 30k even better.....i wouldnt wanna go crazy like that if i got the vette, id like to keep it semi reliable for a weekend car.

Now the SS/WS could def. be that route....im sure i could find a 98-99 with alot of miles or rolling chassis for under 10k and spend the rest on building it to what i want.....not full blown race, but 75/25 daily/drag combo would be nice

That's a pretty tough choice. I think I would go with the Z06.

I'd be leaning away from the ZO6 because the F-bodies are better looking, IMO.

ZO6 is a great performer, but I can't stand the look of a FRC/ZO6 C5. Rear end/trunk area looks bad, IMO.

Now, a ZO6 C6 is a whole different story.

Yeh......but what if i get that same cam in the Z06....twice as many looks..hehe

I was thinking of keeping the stock exhaust for the lady, she doesnt like loud ones, and getting cutouts for when its just daddy in the car.

Thanks for the opinions
Its pretty much like this in my brain:

i'd go with the Z06, you'll get tired of breaking things in the F body if you are talking about making it a DD 75% of the time with that kind of power.

The looks of a camaro/firebird/ T/A aren't 1/10th as nice as a C5 Z06, and 95% of people will agree....unless you ask F body owners on LS1tech.

and about that comment before:
small *****??
make up jokes about people driving badass cars to make yourself feel better.

since you want to go ball out...
find a 98 or 99 f-body for under 10k and have $30,000+ to play with on mods

That is 100% opinion. I even know some vette owners that don't like the ZO6/FRC body style on a C5. Just because it's a powerful car and says "corvette" on it doesn't make it everyone's dream car.

I think a regular C5 with some nice wheels looks worlds better than a ZO6/FRC. You can always add the power later. Either way personally I still like the F-body's look better, otherwise I'd already have a C5.

ive got both right now, a '01 z06 and a 98 z28 with ls6, cam and headers both have pros and cons, if your over six foot the vette is a bit tight, i love both of my cars and dont want to get rid of either. fbod is more practical, i hated when i first got my z06 and couldnt take off the t-tops. z06 has much better ride and comfortable seats
