It also looks like you were running to much tire pressure.

I had one so worn and a little rock about 1/4 inch big punctured it. That sucked. Time for new tires...

WHY would you let tires wear that low and still drive on them. Tires dont cost that much.

its a very very hard decition i have to make, currently i am looking for some rims lik ss 10 spokes or zr1's but my current tires on my 16' rims are worn its either i pay $240 for some brand new rear tires or search for somebody selling a good wheel and tire cambo for around $400 to $500 but then again i think about it my life is relying on my current tires a blowout at high speed can be brutal!!

I've had chords on all 4s before...

at least people knew how hardcore I was, and that's all that mattered!

lmao at this thread. nice. back when i was 17 with my acura thinking my car was the shizmanizzle, the front tires were down to the wires, i could get sparks when i burned out, or so i was told. course back then new tires were a "luxory" us poor high skool kids had to save up for.

my back tires would last a bit longer, but they had some nice "flat spots" from ebraking the turns.

ah well, back in the day when I had to apply the ebrake to get the back tires to slide out...
