lol why are some ppl acting so negative? ITS ******* gt500 they weigh 4000lbs THERE NOT FAST and for whoever compared that to a c6 vette..lol thats not even a match the c6 would rip it a new ******* and still keep going. There not that fast dude its all just for show.

didn't C&D or R&T do a comparison between the C6 and the gt500 a few months back? i don't remember the C6 really 'ripping it a new one'. i thought they were somewhat comparable in a straight line...the C6 having less weight and power and better traction than the gt500.

Only negative one here is you,thats twice you've talked about how much they weigh.Sure they are pigs,but the car responds extremely well to mods,do some reading. Just because some dipshit runs 13's at the track doesn't mean its a 13 second card bud.

i seen a guy the last time i was at the strip withwhat he sai dwas his best run in his gt500, catback, bfg's pull an 19. 60ft and run 12.9 at 113 mph if this helps

I dono about that, all depends on the car, I think. My car has similar mods.. and Look at my e/t's in my sig... that was on bald bfg kdws Also how are you starting the race, got a flagger? stoplight? it has to be fair... reaction time is HUGE

I was gonna get those! my roomate just got those for his cobra, problem is i drive the car too many miles a week (at least 350) and i need something that would last a lil longer. but i do love that tire...

I work in the service department at a ford dealership, and I drive a ls1 camaro(my personal car)....Take it from me, I dont bench race or read magazine stats....I drive a gt500 everyday for one concern or another. They are TURDS!! I drove a customers 07 gt500 3 days ago that had a pulley,tune, and 4.10 gears...and it felt slower than a bone stock c6(ls2) vette. The only reason I say that is because we took a 06 vette in on trade, and a buddy and I took them both "out for lunch" at the same time. I drove the shelby and got smoked by 4-5 car legths by my friend in the vette. Then we switched and I pulled him by 5-6 with me driving the vette. So...If you can half *** drive and you have more than 375 rwhp....you should pimp slap the gt 500 like its your bitch!

Power to weight ratios are very similar between the 2 cars, should be a good one from a dig or a roll. Try him on the highway and from a dig, if you get beat it wont be by much at all. Plenty of bolt-on f-bods have done 11s. And why r u always hatin black mamba, a 100 shot on his car would enable him to destroy that overweight pos, retard. BTW I love how you quote me in your sig and its completely out of context, lol.
