come on boss, you've been around long enough to know that dynos and cars very so much that a question like that is is tough to answer.
you need 3 things
bolt ons- namely good intake and good exhaust
a decent sized cam- mid to upper 23x, good lift and tight lobe separation
good flowing heads- good flow, not to crazy on the runner size, and the most compression you can run with the cam.
a guy in south florida just put down 455rwhp with a Torquer V2, TFS 215s, FAST and through a 12 bolt.
Kraest put down 470rwhp on a vette drivetrain with the F15 cam, milled Dart 225s and the FAST.

"450RWHP on motor is easily attained with a good heads & cam package, even through an automatic in some cases. There are actually a few cam-only cars making 450RWHP."
yeah, there are always the freaks. we've all seen the small cam...like 224...cars with stock heads make 400rwhp. while 95% of the rest of the users make only 385rwhp.
inflated dyno numbers are the leading cause of dis-satisfaction when it comes to h/c setups.
that and guys getting hung up on the dyno numbers themselves...when its track times that prove the power of a car.

While we all know what "should" make the RWHP, you can see by the people that posted vs. the ones that actually did it that it is not an easy thing to do as some of us would like to think.
Anyone else that actually has over 450 RWHP in a N/A LS1 F-body?

Sure, I would if I found a dynojet with friendly numbers..
Honestly dyno numbers are stupid. They can say anything. My H/C car made 750hp first pull on a mustang dyno. Obviously something wasn't right.
Ask who has trapped over 125mph on stock cubes NA. That's a better question.

I agree that Dyno numbers can be decieving, but remember track numbers can be aswell.
There are many variables that would affect track numbers: Track prep, weather, tracktion, sunlight in your eyes
