Default Just curious about hump in floorboard.

What exactly is it for the little hump in the passengers side floorboard?

There is no cat there in the Ls1 it was a hold over from the LT1...

Yes they did. Theres nothing there in the 00-02. Haha just a pain for the passanger. Lazy GM.

I think it looks kind of cool in my race car.....adds something to the bare floor on the seatless passenger-side.
