Lts, ory, and a Borla here. Closed up it is very quiet and you'll barely here it. I run mine wide open, no plate. People tell me it sounds hot all the time. The 1/3 open plate sounds good too. Just have to experiment alil to find what you like.

I would run the borla closed. I have heard plenty with lts, ory, and open borla and its just not my style. But that is just my opinion, as also stated just experiment and find the best plate for you taste.

have fun, they are easy to do. just takes time and paitence, remember dont rush nething or you will forget something and put the spark plugs in after you got the headers bolted up a lot more room to move them around from my experiences. good luck

She won't be doing them. As far as Borla, I hope you'll like the outcome with your longtubes. Its an acquired taste to like a full exhaust with borla catback. I've heard it personally and I didn't like it very much. If you don't mind, record a video of the finish product--idling and revving.

I had TPIS long tubes and a Corsa X pipe on my car when I bought it. I replaced them with Kooks this past Saturday. Here is a video clip.

just installed my pacesetter's and ORY over the weekend, it wasn't difficult at all, just a little time consuming. make sure you have a pipe expander for the ORY. mine was a really tight fit.
