What to buy with $1000

Here is some advice you may never here on this board...
Take that $1000 and invest it in a long term capital gain mutual fund like MCHFX (Matthews China, my personal cash cow). In 20 years who knows what it could be worth. It'll be way more than $1,000 though I can tell you that much!
The smartest thing I ever did was invest and learn about saving money.
Trust me, I am sure that $1,000 was hard to earn, but so easy to spend. Once you mod and you get the bug, that $1000 will turn into 10 gaurenteed.
Don't ask me how I know! Invest 10%-20% of your income, and splurge the rest on the car! Best of both worlds.

Listen Charles Schwabb, the kid doesnt give a **** about banking 1000 which wont earn him anything for interest an cant buy ant type of cd with it.
In other words 1000 and the bank is ******* stupid and lame as hell. You probably **** in the mssionary postion all the time as well when ever you pay a prostitute for your only chance at sex.

Finally to Jakester, hit up chad at green light motor sports. He's a sponsor on the board here. He can probably get your cam install and tune done in one weekend or so for the price of a big shops dyno tune only cost. I got a REALLY good deal. I won't say what as his prices may have changed, but I will tell you it's def. worth checking out.
