I don't know a lot about 1st gen Camaros, but I'm sure a matching numbers, low miles, mint condition 1st gen ZL1 would go for that much. Or a Yenko.

Honestly I didn't think it was possible to make a 1st gen look like *** till I saw this car. I wouldn't pay 25K for a car that is that damn ugly, much less 225k. If they would get rid of that hood, that spoiler, and that paint scheme... then maybe i'd pay what its worth (if it was custom built buy your average guy it'd prolly go for about 90k)

The one that sold for 575k definitely didn't have that spoiler. I remember it. It had an actual engine that was in Dale's car and he used it racing and came with a spare too. THAT is a collector's item. This thing I dunno. I could see 100+k but not 200+

I think they put the spoiler on there to look like the COT platform which sucks. I can't remember if the dale engined car had that god awful hood or not.

I'm sure for 225k you could prolly get them to get you a different spoiler and hood lol. If I had that money I would buy it. I actually like everything but the spoiler. I think the hood is bad *** and maybe (I know flame suit on) maybe some 20 inch wheels out back.
