Default SLP Lid Extra Parts?

I am going to buy the SLP Lid from summit and I pretty much think I know what to do to install it, but in summits picture there is like a weird tube and a couple other little pieces. What are those?

They are for the AIR pump, they are on 2000-2002 model only. You have to block the hole on the side of the airlid for a 98 or 99. No biggie it comes with it.
