Ok so I have decided to keep my 02 z28, and now have about 5K to put into the car for mods. I'm going to do full exhaust *long tubes, y pipe, to my magnaflow catback + an e-cutout*, full suspension *koni's, strano springs,etc...*. And then i'm going to throw in a Yank ss3600. This is where i'm lost. After the exhaust, and suspension, I should have about another 2kish to play with. What would you guys do next? Cam? a fast 90/90? If i raised my limit to 6k, what would you do with the 3k? Any opinions would help because i'm all over the place and not sure on what I'd like to do.

yes, this car is my daily driver. 72k miles on the clock, gas mileage isn't really a concern for me, but i don't want to throw in an ms3 and get 10mpg in town.

i see alot of big cam cars on this site still getting around 20 mpg.id go with ls6 intake, lid, 12 bolt with 410's if your m6 or 373's if your a4 and then some sticky tires or a tune.

My car has an ls6 intake, i already have a lid. I have been thinking about a rear end, but i can't help but feel like i need more go fast parts, lol

i say a rear, yes a cam is cool, but a m9 is a little better...imo

def. have to put a gear in the car....i would try and stretch the 2-3K and get a decent H/C package and tune???

Definitely would say valve springs, cam, and a tune but better yet add some decent heads while your doing this as well. You should be able to get springs, cam, and unported 243 or 5.3 heads for less than 2K and if you wanted ported heads that's where some of the extra money would come into play

o thats right 02 already has that whoops but theres not point in putting down all this power under that shatty 10 bolt, you need a rear end.
