Default No abs or traction control!!!!

I have a 2000 Z28. The car will at times display the ABS independent light, park brake light, and Traction control light on the dash. Ive been told that the ABS sensor on the rear end could be the cause... If there is anyone who has experienced this problem and has any feedback plz let me kno. thanx.

Mine is doing the same thing every once in a while. I've heard that its the wheel sensors that are either dirty or need replacing. I may be wrong but thats what I've heard as causing the problem

Scan the car for DTC's.

Even if it happens at times there should be a history code.

Do you have larger diameter tires in the rear? If so that will cause the brake, tcs, and ABS light to come on.

Same in the front?

The location of the sensors will differ if you have a 3 channel or 4 channel setup.

Do you have traction control?

All of your sensors are right behind each wheel/hub assembly.

The few times I have run slicks (26") on my red TA, that happens to my car at high speeds... Due to expansion...

Unless you've changed tire diameters, something is causing the sensors to register the discrepancy... They have to be either dirty or bad.

Werd. If your runnin different diameters from front to back, that could be the cause. Otherwise its just the sensors.
