Have you checked your fuel pressure? Have you changed your fuel filter recently?

nothing happen when I turn the key on, only the gages turn off, which mean there is a contact

I didn't check fuel pressure nor changed fuel filter

I'll have to check it tomorrow

No problem, we'll get it worked out.

When you say with the key on, it won't start for 1-2 minutes. Is this with the engine cranking, or only the key on?

Did you try the ignition relay by chance? Try swapping one of the fan relays into the ignition relay.

i think i know what is happening. try this, it may be as simple as the starter fuse in the cabin fuse box is bad. just take out the fuse labeled something like stater 2 or ignition. take that fuse out altogether and turn the key. if that works then you need to replace the ignition relay. it'll either be a ten amp or a three amp fuse.
this happened to me at work one night. the truck would kill the gauges and stereo, then do nothing as if it were turning over. all i did was pull out the ignition fuses, and the truck just started. you will hear some strange noises, all you have to do is put the fuses back in to make the beeps stop.

the engine won't crank, the lights in the panel will just go off and I have to hold the key in the "on" position for couple of minutes until it crank and start

I tried removing the starter fuse and tried to turn it on but nothing happened, and the lights didn't even go off

I replaced the relay with a new one and that didn't work either

1-2 minutes....damn thats a long time to crank that starter. You're gonna be buying a new starter if you keep doing that.

Did this start "all of a sudden"...or has it been slowly building up to this over time.

Note: the engine will not crank for whole time "1-2 min.", I just hold the key at the "on position" and nothing happens for "1-2 min.", and after that the engine starts to crank and it would start right away

I hope I made it clear this time

Yes. That is much clearer, thank you. It sounds to me like the lock cylinder in the ignition mechanism is not making contact. When you replaced the atarter switch, what was replaced? What I mean is did you replace only the starter switch or the lock and ignition cylinders at the same time? When you get a chance try this: either try to turn the key very slowly in the ignition or try to move the key around in the cylinder if that doesn't work.

after watching the video several times... i'm stumped. i've never seen a car do that before. the only suggestion that i can make is to get a new key cut from the VIN number of your car (or the key code engraved onto the ignition cylinder in the picture above) - an oem rounded key, not like the one you have now.

That would make for a shitty get-a-way car.

Get yourself a new key, the resistor in the key could be wacked.
