This is your 3rd thread in one day on this exact subject.

Whats the question? You have a ton of info in your other thread on this same page.

How the weather out side ? leave it out side hot with the hood open for few hours, let every thing dry out, and try again. I might get water in distributer or intake. Or run the **** out off it until it stop. Next time dont wash your engine, you can hot steam it.

It was explained in detail in the other thread.

There's nothing to figure out. When water gets into wires, harnesses and in your case probably inside the under hood fuse boxes.....it will take a long time to dry out because there in the shade all the time. If you didn't warp things.....all you can do is take the car for a 2 hour drive to dry out everything in there.

Or, just wait it out for a couple days. You should take all 8 spark plug wires off and dry them yourself though. Put dielectric grease into each end of each wire, then put them back on.

And again...never spray a HOT engine with cool water.

Also, next time you want to wash the engine...buy a can of "Gunk" engine cleaner. Warm up a cold engine for 5-10 minutes and spray it everywhere "except" the PCM or directly onto the fuse box or wires. Then use a hose to water it off, not sprau it off. Just the hose with no spray gun on it, this way you won't get things wet that shouldn't be.

Makes perfect sense. At low rpm the spark "power" needed is low. As you accelerate your coils keep producing more and more power, that higher spark power is over coming whatever moisture is in there.

1) Did you take all 8 spark plug wires off and dry them and add dielectric grease? And check every inch of every wire to make sure there are no cracks or dry-rot on them.

2) Did you check to see if there's moisture inside the fuse boxes under the hood behind the drivers side headlight.

3) Is there anything leaking onto thedriveway at all, oil or coolant? In case you did warp something really bad.

Until you AT LEAST do #1, you will get no answers to your problems.

...you drove into a car wash and popped the hood and sprayed down the hot engine.....da hell!!!!

I'm having a similar issue I can't solve, I hate when threads just peter out.
