Default Car stumbles after fill up

It just started doing this the last couple time I fill it up. When I fill it up, it will not want to start. It just spins over a few seconds longer than normal. It only does it on the very first start up after that its back to normal. The fuel filter was replaced about 5K ago. Any ideas?

You have water in your tank.

When you fill up, it is disturbed. After it settles to the bottom, no problem.

Doubt the water after two fillups. EVAP system issues IMO

^ Maybe, but my guess is based on the fillup as the variable.

i just pulled the codes. I haven't in a while and the SES is on because of the AIR and EGR, so I didn't know there was another code. It pulled up P0441. I'll probably replace the purge solenoid to see if that fixes it.

A code P0441 could mean one or more of the following has happened:

* Bad vacuum switch
* Broken or damaged EVAP line or canister
* Open in PCM purge command circuit
* Open or short in Voltage feed circuit to Purge Solenoid
* Faulty purge solenoid
* Restriction in EVAP solenoid, line or canister
* Corrosion or resistance in purge connector
* Bad PCM

Seems like your heading in the right direction

The purge solenoid was stuck open. I replaced it and and it doesn't do it anymore and the code is gone.

Yup, especially when you consider EVAP problems can be hard to track down; good job...
