It ran fine before the cam swap, correct?
Yes it could be the PCM, but not likely. Why would the PCM crap out just because you changed the cam?
First I would check the ENG SEN fuse.
Then I would check the grounds.
When everything wigs out at once, it has to be related.
Also, is this a wild cam? Not sure that in itself could cause your problems.

nothing crazy its 230/227 .595.575 112lsa ....so i did find out that i had 2 plugs that had cracks in them...that explains the missing and backfires, but doesnt explain the constant voltage chage in my maf(11.5-6 to 3.xx) and, im getting cam sensor high voltage output,

possibility the maf and the cam sensor went bad? thats too easy of an answer though...on your block is the cam sensor on top up front of the motor or is it around the back?...if its up front does the maf and the cam sensor come from the same harness? maybe a couple wires got damaged and are shorting which would explain the surging voltage in the maf and the high output from the cam sensor.
