My '00 car used to do this, 3-4 chirps as the fan was comming to a stop.
I've known of a few other people that have had this issue as well. It's nothing to really worry about, I left it like that for years without any problems.

If you guys are hearing this noise from the engine bay, and it happens only AFTER you shut the engine off, then it is your electric cooling fans.

Mine does it to. Im going to wait on something to break before I even bother to pull the fans out.

Have you replaced the tensioner? Mine is giving way at high rpm's letting the belt slip. That puts a "burnt" spot on the belt then it squeaks. Until I get time and money to put a tensioner on it I just pull the belt off and run a wire brush along the length of it. Usually makes it stop for 2 or 3 months.
