Go Dorrman. +1 Stock motors are almost always rebuilt, are a 50 year old design, and are unreliable.

+3 get the dorman. If you go to Autozone you can get free replacements. All you need is one. If your passenger side fails, it's the same part

I'm on my 6th window door motor at 68K miles.... My adivce??? ...buy GM OEM as it can't be any worse then the aftermarket junk that is sold today...

Not sure I follow this logic, but I recall seeing it in a GM marketing brochure once.

Given that the GM OEM design is (really) 50 years old and the Dorman aftermarket is an updated design, 100% new, comes with a lifetime warranty, and seems to last longer - I can't imagine why anyone would purchase an OEM design motor for these cars.

Maybe the 5th and 6th motor will be the OEM gems that will last for years?
