Default Chirping sound when the motor shuts off

Title says it. I have a 2000 TA. Every time I shut my motor off I hear oscillating high pitched sounds coming from the front of the car, sounds almost like a bird chirping. What do you guys think this could be? Should I be concerned? TIA

No. The sound I hear is a high pitched squeaky noise, nothing like the grinding from bad headlight gears. (BTW mine work fine)

I could do that but don't those stop moving after the motor is shut off?

If these things are making a noise after the engine is shut off, I would get rid of that haunted POS immediately.

To the OP, the thing making this noise is your cooling fans. Several of us have experienced this with the stock fans, they will make a few chirps/squeaks as they slow down when the engine is shut off. They don't all do this, but I've encountered several including one of my own. It's not an issue really, I just ignored it.

This is relieving. The sound doesn't really bother me, I was just concerned that this could be a symptom of a serious issue. Thanks everyone for the input.
