Default Chirp noise at low rpm

So I am trying to find out why my cars chirping it does it around 2k rpm all the way to redline, kinda hard to hear but it's there. Also it's not the a.c. belt as I pulled it off and the noise persists and when I remove the main belt the noise goes away so I know it's on the main belt line I have greased the tensioner pulley and the pulley down next to the alternator and the noise goes away for like 5 minutes then comes back the belt was bought last year and the car has almost 140k on stock water pump and tensioner bracket. Any feed back is appreciated thanks.

I've been chasing the same issue for the past week, I greased both bearings and it did nothing so I replaced both pulleys for around 15-20 a piece and it fixed the problem. It's pretty simple. Just loosen the belt with a 15mm ratchet and socket and then loosen up the bolts holding both pulleys and then swap them out and reroute the belt the right way. Shouldn't take more than 5 mins per pulley

If this is the case, then your problem seems to be one of these pullies. You could test further by greasing only one at a time and then replace the one that shows results. Or, you could just replace them both.

the groves on the pulleys wear and get widder ,not contacting the belt as much.

Ok so I replaced both pullies and the tensioner.itself and I'm still hearing the squeak I guess my next shot is the belt but it's not even a year old and there are no cracks or white wear spots I'm kinda puzzled as to what it could be anyone ever hear of a Alternator squeak? Or would a water pump chirp like that? I have no cooling issues and no water loss so I don't think it's the water pump what about the power steering?

Double check that your main belt tensioner and the a/c tensioner are tight. Does it stop doing that after a little warm up driving or is it consistent no matter what?
