Also the only light come on in the dash area. Is the seatbelt light. The car will start if I turn the key and bump the starter.

So... The starter is good, the battery is good, and you have power to the lights, radio, windows, etc. Then you say nothing happened when you turned the key, but then the next post when you turn the key and "bump the starter" something does happen... What exactly do you mean "bump the starter?"

I just went back out and started the car and notice. Once the car is started none of the gauges are working. I was thinking I may need to bypass the VATS on the car, but the videos I seen on youtube. There security light was flashing. Like I said none of my lights are working in the dash area.
