I recomend going to the junkyard and finding a set of rubber bump stops. Gm used the same size for plastic and rubber stops on alot of vehicles. Bring your broken ones to check for size and your on your way, my local LKQ didnt even charge me for em.

Go to any Jeep/Chrysler dealership....bring your old one. They have one that is 100% identical....but made MUCH tougher than the GM stopper. You'll have to go through them to find the one that matches.
I have about 20 of them at my storage unit. Friend that works there gave them to me one day. They are very nicely made.
