Here's a possibility:
Seatback hinge recliner bolts not tightened to specifications.

- "I had that happen. I raised the headrest and it stopped."
- "I think I narrowed it down to the side bolster hitting the arm rest. I reached over a pushed on the arm rest and it stopped."
- "Plus I reclined the passanger seat a bit. Seems to help."
- "The window felt! If I crack the passenger window the rattle / squeak stops.
I was told that this is common. Reason wax residue in felt wil cause noise. Take alcohol to the felt and wala the noise is gone."

my car does the same thing, i have found that it is the part of the seat belt that buckles into the female part, it is that plastic lining piece, that is rubbing up against the leather....annoying.
you can fix it for a while. then it will works its way back into place and start squeaking again.

sounds unfixable, i might as well just have a passenger with me everywhere i go, maybe a blow up doll that way i can use the hov anytime i want
