While Drving In Low Rpm's (2500-2900) In All Gears, The Car Studers To Accelerate, Like A Second Or So. I Change The Spark Plug, Wires, Ran Seafoam In The Gas, And Clean The Inside Of The Throller. What Is It, And What Can Cause This? I Dont Think It Did This Before.

I'd suspect that you have a mixture problem that
makes bad knock retard, and once it backs out you
start to go. Logging the action will show what's up.
'98s have known problems with the knock sensors,
and want them changed out for the newer version
if they're still original. But this more often shows up
at higher RPM. Down low I suspect mixture error,
like VE table untuned for mods. "Free mods" could
include some that aren't helpful, like ported MAF or
ends, how are we to know?
