turn signal problems
turn signal problems I just installed some clear corners the other day and today I noticed when I put my right turn signal on it just stays, it doesn't blink like it's supposed to. The left one is fine but the right one just lights up but doesn't blink. Any help would be awesome. thanks, Jason

usually a signal to let u know somethings burned out- either the bulb for the signal, or the flasher bulb (outside on the car) itself. In my car, the right turn signal was so horribly corroded i had to re-wire the whole thing w/ a new socket from the Zone. Either way- somethings burned out

Did you also swap out the bulbs for amber bulbs, or did you leave the clear ones in?
If you swapped out the bulbs, check to make sure it's in the right way. They appear as if they can go in any way, but they don't; you can have them spun 180* off. While you're checking the bulb, make sure it's not burned out. If the bulb checks out ok, may have to have to replace the socket.
If it was a bad blinker, both sides would be affected.

i would say the easiest thing to do is check the bulbs and make sure they are all good and plugged in securely, some cars have a flasher for each side and was not sure if these might i havnt checked to see in mine so was just a guess..
not to hijack the thread but when i out my turn signal on both front lights dont work, inside the car it flashes as normal. both rears work fine, is it both bulbs going out at once or is it the flasher(relay) which ever it is called that is out. i have not had the time to check the bulbs yet, wondering if anyone knew first...
Aight I found the problem the new bulb that I put in burned out. It was only like 2 days old so I dont know why it did. But I put a new bulb in and everything works fine now. thanks guys. Jason
