Try these
http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/o2sim.html
If the SES light doesn't bother you, just leave the back ones in there (if you can find someone with hptuners/efilive, they could delete the codes for you)
The only bad thing about leaving the ses light lit is you won't know if you have another problem

There's no need to replace those b/c the only purpose they do is tell the PCM if your cats are ok. There's no performance loss with them being unplugged. I wouldn't replace them b/c you'll be waisting money for no reason. If you can handle having the SES light on, leave them alone and get a tune to delete them permanently.

If you just unplug the rear o2s the light will be lit, until you either replace the o2s, or put simulators in
And yes the sims will work with the stock cats

Most any of the sponsors carry o2 sims, shop around for the best price, or you can get them used from the for sale section

If you do headers you may set the SES light, due to the fronts having insufficient switching, many times this can be solved by using the vette rear o2s (bosch 13111) they have a better heater than the f body o2s, and can often help with the insufficient switching problem
