A higher stall converter should be on your short list, as should be long tube headers (if emissions testing isn't a prob in your area) with either y-pipe/catback or true duals. Before you start modding your car, set a clear goal on what you want out of your car (ie....fast as hell at all costs or powerful daily driver that's liveable) so you don't end up doing things two or three times. Most cases youll need a few basic bolt ons probably, maybe a CAI, catback, headers... something along those lines for better flow
