Default Need some expert advice!

The weirdest thing happened today! I was at the casinos loosing my money, when I got smart enough to leave, I walked out to my car and tried to crank it..NOTHING. I had all accessories, including radio, lights, ding with the key in, lock and unlock with my key pad. So I sat and tried turning it over alot thinking it may be the starter and nothing. So, I then go by a Brand new battery thinking its a dead Cell. Nothing still.. AS we sit now, my car had to be towed to a local stealership.. The guy there said it might be something with the security with the key or something.. Does anyone have any ideas, or had these happen?

Yeah it could be VATS or something real simple like a dirty key that cant be "read" once put into the ignition switch.

This is going to sound stupid. But get a 8mm wrench and make sure your battery cables are tight. Had it happen to me. I had them tight on the batt, had all accessories but it wasn't on there tight enough so the car wouldn't start.

I did already too..I replaced the battery yesterday too.. I just went to the stealership and tried my spare key, which had never been used, And nothing!! Its the weirdest thing. So it wasnt the dirty key theory

yep it's your VATS. It sucks. If you don't want the problem again you can bypass it. when you first turn the key on and the lights come on does the SECURITY light come on? if it doesn't it could have a burnt out bulb. And therefore it could very well be the VATS.
