I seafoamed my camaro at 105K (though I didn't get the deep creep). I was depressed, I just got one pop of blue smoke and a smelly interior for my troubles Never noticed it run any better either. Maybe i didn't get enough in the brake booster line, was a huge pain to get off, the engine barely could keep running with it off and it would stall out a gazillion times when trying to put in the seafoam drop by drop (yet it didn't when I dumped a bunch in at the end real quick, go figure).... sigh.
Maybe I just didn't do it right or something.

I just seafoamed my car a few days ago. It has just over 123k on it. It was a nice smoke show. It does run a little smoother than before. Now, I just have to change the oil in a couple days, since you're only supposed to go 250 miles or less after putting it in the oil. My car also didn't want to stay running with the brake boost line unhooked. I had to have my friend rev it a tiny bit just to keep the damn car going. It smoked out his whole shed, even with all the doors open for ventilation, while I was putting it in the brake boost line. I made sure to push it outside before starting it back up again. I think the part that did the most for me, was using the Deep Creep in the TB. I did it about a week before everything else, and it was filthy as hell. It ran a lot nicer after a good thorough cleaning. I used a tooth brush, like it said you could do on the bottle, and there was so much black gunk on it.

i use seafoam and STP gas treatment... on alot of things with no problem... 140k 92 chevy truck, 195k 95 chevy truck no problems... I put 3 bottles through my 92 throughout 5 tanks of gas... and it improoved my gas mileage noticeably...

and to make a point.... only 1 in 40 will tell you they liked a product or that it didnt cause a problem... but 1 person will always tell you if it ruined their cheap jeep engine..

I have a 99 SS with 101K miles and I just seafoamed it today and it made a huge difference. It did not cause any harm what so ever. As long as you use the proper recommended amounts and drain the oil no longer than 250 miles after pouring it in, you should have no problems at all. I also don't recommend driving it hard while the seafoam is in your oil. I drained my oil after approx. 120 miles of driving and the oil came out filthy, indicating that it worked.

I did mine a couple months ago and it did not smoke really at all. Just a little smoke from the pipes initially but nothing like everyone says it should do at all. It has 123k miles on it but I did not do the deep creep because the auto parts store did not have it. Is this why it did not smoke really? I didnt see any negative effects from it but I can't say I saw any positives really either.
