noisy suspension?

It seem recently my suspension is getting really noisy, like say im going over a series of small bumps it sounds like its rattling or something anyone know what this might be, BTW i have eibach springs and i believe factory shocks. and when i turn it doesnt sound that great either, i havent had a chance to look at because im at school and dont go home until spring break. any ideas?

could be ur swaybar endlinks? jack ur car up and start shaking the diff parts of the suspension

Step one will be to jack the car up and actually look at the bushings and end links

I had a rear shock lower bushing fall out when my car was almost new.

sounds like its the bushings ok you think it will be ok to drive home (350 miles)? cause i dont really want to pay someone to do it. thanks

It's an F-body, what isn't noisy? Check everything with rubber on it...bushings, links, mounts, etc.

I had the same problem, I swapped the motor mounts and MOST (not all) of the rattling is gone. Mine is a 01' also and my original mounts were gone.

i will take a look at all the bushings but i think i found the problem, well this morning i was taking a friend to work and as soon as we left i heard the grinding coming from the back, i pull over to take a look and both of the bolts holding the driver side rear caliper are gone and the caliper is just grinding on the inside of my wheel. I think that is what the rattling noise was coming from because probably one bolt was holding it in and it was just rattling like crazy but thanks for the ideas and BTW it didnt ruin my wheel or caliper.
