Coolant and power steering fluid MIX
Alright so my car got really hard to turn a few weeks ago and it was just eating up power steering fluid and i looked like it was leaking from the adapter on the left side so i just went ahead and bought a new pump just for the hell of it, and now that i have the new pump on it is getting really hot and still using a ton of fluid. i see that on my 99 there is what looks to be a power steering cooler that is in the metal part of the coolant tube. So could the O ring or seal in that be leaking through cause i see now other way how coolant can be getting into the power steering? it has me kinda stoked i am drainging the coolant now to see how it all look so if anyone has had this problem please let me know wtf is going on Thanks

ok so you are saying use the what i am guessing is a circulation line and just connect it to the bottom of the power steering tank and use a non steering cooler line from like a 98 Z28 for the radiator to the water pump? thats what i am trying to do atleast lol
