Default help me fix my ebrake

Basically, I changed my old worn out rear pads and put in new hawk pads. Now, my ebrake kinda works but I still have to pull the ebrake ALL the way up and even then i can push the car a little.

Im guessing a fix for this would be to tighten the ebrake cable? If so how? I suppose it's simple.

thanks.

If it matters, i have a moser 9in rear.

I just snapped them in...what do you mean about "opening them up?" Ima go ahead and put in the SS brake lines while im at it then.

the adjustment on the bottom just prys the shoe open some more .....just pull rear rotor off and look on the bottom of the shoe....you will see a small disc with notches on it....turn it whichever way that spreads the shoe apart (can't remember which way).....if you open it up too much you might not be able to get rotor on

You probably changed the rotors too, right? If so, that's why you need to do the e-brake adjustment. (They do not self adjust.) The e-brake pads need to be adjusted to the bore of the new drums in the rotors. Below are links, which may help.
