Do you know if it will clear the hood of a C5 without getting an aftermarket one? I have a 90mm LS2 Tb as well.

What has to be done with the fuel rail? (sorry if thats been answered in the last 44 pages)

gotta use the 1's from edelbrock

and to fit a C5 i would imagine youd need the same hood the s/c guys need and some cutting at the firewall

i saw the new LS2 version at sema , looks nice , and looks to be set up for the smaller ls2 injectors , or possibly taller 1's too

also there is a new top for the victor jr , looks alot bigger than the current really bent style tops

Do some searches, there are some dyno numbers from guys putting them on & getting 25HP over an ls2 manifold. Just a note is they dont fit under the stock hood on an fbody. There is also in your searches of some guys that have moded the cowl and possibly hood to get them to fit. Now that I have resolved most of my current drivability issues and a little more tweeking and get final dyno numbers with my setup before I swap out to this intake to go on mine. I still need fuel rails and TB before I proceed. Like to see difference from ls6 intake swap.

sorry if this has been answered....
And i am also sorry if i asked it previously (when it first came out)....

But will this intake (or the newer ls2 model mentioned by s\c'd cav. new ls2 model?? do tell)
fit under the hood of a 2006 LS2 GTO?? I does look to be close, but i cant imagine it being much taller than my current setup, which is a Vic JR with a big "Intake elbows" elbow on there.
Is the Pro-flo taller than this?? cause this fits....

johny , quick search for "gto proflow" = https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...ow-xt-gto.html

he did use a shorter motor mount and lowered the engine cradle

the LS2 proflow , uses the 4 bolt flange only and doesnt have that hump that was cut off in the above post , also its set up to run the LS2 injectors

also your link doesnt work

Not sure if I missed it, I was speed reading through the pages, but will this fit the LS3/L92 heads? I have the LS9 (LSA) heads.

Damn! If I knew I would be so limited on intakes for these heads, I would have just stuck with the 317's or 248's

Thanks for the info Bro!

Edelbrock is no fly-by-night company prone to excessive exageration.

I just found this, looks pretty damn promising. THis was over the 90 mm version truck intake, i am running the 78 mm truck intake on my nova. Next on my list of things to do.
